Steph replied back to my initial enquiry pretty much straight away and approx pricing really quickly.
They took the time to understand our needs and wants, and put a couple of options in front of us. Then happily gave us pricing for the wifi option we decided we wanted.
They communicated every step of the way (great when the other supplier still hasn’t replied 5 months later), turned up on the planned day and even did a better job than it sounded like the other place would do. Because we chose Summit, our heatpump got wired to the switchboard and not to a powerpoint like someone else was going to.
After waiting a few months of unknown winter while home recovering from a bad accident They made this super easy and stress-free so I didn’t have to freeze or lug firewood around.
